When the automatic heading machine is used for upsetting products, the length of the rod of the product will be different. Therefore, the topping mechanism of the automatic heading machine also needs to have a corresponding stroke, and the size of the stroke needs to be adjusted according to the length of the rod portion of the product. The main mold needs to be installed first, the fixing screws are locked, and then the screws above the main mold top arm are loosened and retracted. The pulling machine clutch grasps the mold to the vicinity of the main mold top rod and the rear through top arm screw, and adjusts the screw to make it close to the mold. The ram can be freely rotated by about 0.1 mm through the gap between the top arm screw and the ram. Then pull the clutch to the appropriate position again, and use the fine thimble to adjust the length of the main mold. The inner length is required to be 0.5 mm longer than the screw rod.

When installing the die, the die should be assembled according to the product to determine whether it needs to be equipped with a front ejector pin. (Generally, the hexagonal W-type screw is produced. The hexagonal die die material cannot be ejectored by the ejector pin. Otherwise, the material will be pulled in the die. And clip) If you need to configure the clutch to the normal stop position, you should pay attention to the rear ejector pin not to protrude from the block. It should be 1~3MM short. The free movable length of the die block should be 20-30MM. Except for the type screw, the hexagonal W-type screw needs to have the back-up ejector pin out, and the rear-punching ejector pin-out length is approximately the same as the hex thickness.) After the ejector pin is fitted, if the die needs to be retracted more, it needs to be removed. After the die test, whether the ejector pin protrudes from the pad, if it needs to be replaced, the short ejector pin should be replaced. The configuration is the same as above. After the die is installed, the vibration machine clutch ensures that the die does not touch the main die (except for the trimming screw). The die and the main die are just in contact with each other and are not subjected to force. The gap between the die and the main die is visually measured, which is larger than the required screw size to avoid damaging the die.
