1. 2. Quick readjustment requirements: CNC machining can change the processing object by quickly changing the processing program. In order to reduce the auxiliary time for changing tooling and waiting time for valuable equipment to be idle, when changing the processed workpiece, the fixture needs to be quickly readjusted or the positioning clamp replaced The function of tight components.

3. Fixed point requirements: The workpiece should be completely positioned in the fixture, and the base liquid phase of the workpiece should have a strict location for the origin of the machine tool to meet the requirements for the relative movement of the workpiece and the tool in the machine tool coordinate system. At the same time, the fixture should be completely positioned on the machine tool, and each positioning surface on the fixture should have precise coordinate dimensions relative to the origin of the machine tool to meet the requirements of positioning and installation in CNC machining.

4. Precision requirements: Because the straightener has the characteristics of continuous multi-surface automatic processing, the requirements of the straightener fixture are higher than the general machine tool fixture. The precision and rigidity are higher, which can reduce the positioning error of the workpiece in the fixture, Clamping error and deformation error during roughing.
